The Vélo Factory, based in L’Isle Jourdain in the Gers department, aims to reindustrialize the bicycle industry in France and to facilitate access to industrial know-how.
Our goal is to provide you with a turnkey and customised service combining assembly, quality control, logistics and after-sales services.
The standing assembly allows us a reinforced quality control
as well as the follow-up and the personalization of each of your project. Our cycle mechanics know how to adapt to all types of requests and to your specifications.
Your bike is assembled in several individual steps and to your exact specifications. Each assembly is checked by an operator for flawless quality and efficient after-sales service.
All bicycles assembled in our factory are checked and tested before leaving our premises.
Finally, we can manage the storage and shipping of all bikes once assembled and mounted according to your needs

The latest addition to the group, the Vélo Factory is part of a process of reindustrialisation of the bicycle sector within France.
